At icebreaker, we stand by the quality of our natural merino wool apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
